HAPPINESS has been a sort of Holy Grail for us in the West. Our culture’s narrative about happiness is to find something you like to do, work hard to be successful, and then buy the things that will (presumably) bring us lasting happiness: nice house, better vacations, luxury
automobiles, etc. The only problem with this approach? IT DOESN’T WORK!
In HOW TO CREATE HAPPINESS, Tony Rezac takes a fresh look at our search for happiness. With warmth and humor, Tony shares insights that allow participants to "do this experiment yourself" to see if happiness is generated from achievement or generated from the inside as a baseline state. Radical in its assertion and practical in its application, HOW TO CREATE HAPPINESS gives participants tools to drastically shift their level of happiness and well-being.
"To create happiness is one of the most powerful things we can do. Doing so can transform our homes, our families, and our work lives. Once you are no longer dependent on changing circumstances for your happiness, you feel clear..... and unshakable."
